Cheap Thrills: Giant Jenga

Ok, confession: This cheap thrill will cost about $14.BUT you’ll use it at least 20 times.

$14/20 = Bang for your buck.

I’m pretty sure giant Jenga isn’t a new idea. I know this because I Googled it, and you can buy a Giant Jenga game for $130. Or you can complete the following steps.

Step One: Go to Home Depot. Wait for a sale on lumber (okay, switch that… wait for the sale and then go to Home Depot). Purchase 7 2x4s at approximately $2 a pop.

Step Two: Have the nice folks at Home Depot cut the boards into 12 inch pieces for you. I’m not sure if that’ll cost you, or how much. But it’ll be worth it.

Step Three: Go home, start stacking, and look like this:Step Four: Challenge all your friends to giant Jenga matches at a giant Jenga party.  Let the bricks fall where they may.love.
