Summer in the City - Girl of Cardigan

Long story short: Every year, I spend a few (okay, several) hours putting together a list of free or cheap or fun events around Portland, because summer in Portland is straight up drunk with awesome free stuff to do.  So, for the months of June, July, and August, tune in here every Friday for a list of what’s happening for the next 7 days.  I’m not going to link things – Google what looks interesting to you!  I’m also not listing shows and concerts with a cover – free things only, with the exception of a few all-day festivals and events. Here we go!
